DVSGI-E-CELL Cricket Tournament 2024: A Grand Success!

The much-awaited 2-day cricket tournament, organized by DVSGI E-Cell, brought together students from all departments for an unforgettable event filled with enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and thrilling performances!

Day 1 Highlights:

Departments - HM, B.Tech, BCA, and MCA delivered exceptional performances, emerging as winners to set the stage for the ultimate finale.

Day 2 Highlights:

In a nail-biting final showdown, the B.Tech department emerged as the **champions**, with MCA securing the runner-up position. In the girls' finals, the DVSGI Girls’ Team claimed victory over MBA in a thrilling match!

Prize Distribution Ceremony:

The winners were celebrated at Emerald Hall, with **trophies, certificates, and cash prizes** awarded to the champions and runners-up.

A Glimpse of the Blood Donation Camp at DVSGI!

Today, DVSGI proudly hosted a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Army Forces Transfusion Centre Blood Bank, Delhi and Military Hospital, Meerut Cantt for Indian Armed Forces.

It was heartwarming to see our students, faculty, and staff step forward to donate blood. “Every drop counts, and together, we made a difference!”

This event focused on practical insights into investment avenues, capital markets, and the role of regulatory bodies like SEBI.

Session Highlights:

First Session: An in-depth discussion on key instruments like shares, debentures, and bonds. Dr. Madan shared insights on investor grievance solutions and SEBI’s essential role in market regulation and maintaining integrity.
