Our PGDM students had the privilege of attending the prestigious E-Summit at IIT Bombay on 11th & 12th December, gaining valuable exposure to industry leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs from diverse fields.
The first day featured inspiring sessions by Mrs. Smriti Irani, Former Union Minister, who shared insights on Leadership, Resilience, and Public Service. Students also gained valuable perspectives from Mr. Anil Aggarwal, Founder of Vedanta Resources, and Mr. Anuj Sahani, Head – KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator & Associate Director, India Publishing.
In addition, students actively participated in startup-focused engagements such as the Start-Up Expo and the Networking Arena, providing them with opportunities to interact with entrepreneurs and industry experts.
The second day offered enriching interactions with Ms. Rubika Liyaquat, Consulting Editor – News18 India, Mr. Benedetto Vigna, CEO of Ferrari, and renowned culinary leaders Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Chef Pooja Dhingra, and Chef Shipra Khanna.
Students also gained valuable insights from Ms. Malitha Fernandes, Professional Anchor & Corporate Emcee from Brunel University, London. Furthermore, our students enthusiastically participated in the competition “Corporate Dwell,” showcasing their skills and creativity. The event concluded on a joyful and inspiring note, leaving our students with memorable experiences, industry insights, and impactful learning opportunities.
The PGDM Convocation Ceremony for the Batch 2022–24, “Smritiyaan – Memories Forever”, along with the Get-Together Party 2025, was successfully organized, filled with joy, pride, and unforgettable moments.
The occasion was honored by the gracious presence of Dr. Devendra Sharma Sir, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, HRIT University, along with all the DVSGI Department Directors, who added immense value to the celebration.

PGDM proudly celebrates the remarkable success of Yash Tyagi (Batch 2023–25) at the Xtreme Champions League, held during a three-day media & journalism event at AAFT University. Organized by the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, the event witnessed participation from students and professionals across various institutions and cities.
Competing in the intense gaming tournament over three days, Yash demonstrated exceptional focus, strategy, and consistency — advancing through multiple competitive rounds to secure 🥇 First Prize.
He was awarded a ₹5000 cash prize, along with a trophy and medal. The honour was presented during the closing ceremony by distinguished dignitaries, including a representative from the South Korean Embassy and former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Kirat Singh Rawat. On 23rd February 2026, PGDM (1st & 3rd Semester) students visited the India Solar & EV Expo in Mohakampur, Meerut, organized by the Indian Industries Association.
With 50+ companies including Okaya, Luminous, and Microtek showcasing cutting-edge EV & solar innovations — and leading brands like Mahindra & Mahindra and Kia presenting their electric vehicles — the expo was a powerhouse of innovation.

DVSIM PGDM 1st Year students participated in the 25th Dayal Annual Debate 2026, organized by Meerut Management Association and sponsored by Dayal Fertilizers Private Limited.
Competing alongside 18 reputed institutions, our students showcased confidence, critical thinking, and powerful public speaking on the topic of climate change. A great learning experience and a proud campus moment!
A thrilling Business Quiz was organized featuring 8 teams (Team A to Team H) comprising a total of 16 students, with each team consisting of 2 participants. The event was conducted under the esteemed assistance of Dr. R. Dwivedi and Prof. Jyoti, ensuring fair coordination and active involvement of all competing teams.
The quiz consisted of 3 engaging rounds, each designed to test the participants’ knowledge, presence of mind, and speed of response. Every team was given 5 seconds to answer each question, making the competition even more exciting and challenging.

Round 3 – Multiple-Choice Business Questions: Business-related questions were asked with 4 options, requiring quick analytical thinking.

An Industrial visit to Parag Milk Plant, Partapur, Meerut was organized for PGDM (1st semester) students on 10th November 2025 (Monday), accompanied by Dr. Raghavendra Dwivedi and Prof. Jyoti Pandey.
During the visit, students interacted with Mr. Sudhir Rathi (Plant Incharge), Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhati (Senior Milk Inspector), and Mr. Sachin (Quality Incharge).
An interactive session was conducted, highlighting the plant’s establishment, product range, production process, packaging, storage, and quality control techniques.
The session provided students with valuable industry insights and practical understanding of dairy plant operations.
